We each have an innate desire to make our name great.
From our career to personal achievements to materialism to title to our family to our children, we desire for our name to be great.
The race to make one’s name great never fulfills. A change in company, job, relationship, even salary, will not increase fulfillment. The craving only increases with the smallest amount of personally defined success or glory.
To make a seismic shift in your life, in your career, turn the focus to others. Put others on a pedestal and fade to the background.
Serve relentlessly. Help to remove burdens. Alleviate pressure. Selflessly commit to others.
Our attitudes, our outlook, our work, our emotions, every conversation, will impact others positively as we remove ourselves from the script.
