Great followers
If one wants to be a great leader, focus on being a great follower.
Many crave the title, the power, the money, the glory. But, if you want to find a great leader, find a great follower.
Great followers are the ones that are in the trenches, the ones that execute, the glue. Great followers are servants, stewards, full of humility, with a great work ethic.
Great followers are the culture, the ones that create unity. In the heat of the moment, it is the great followers that are depended on. Those that may disagree, but they commit. Those that choose to support over sowing seeds of discontent.
Great followers are already great leaders, they just may not have the title.
And, title never defines leadership.
