Loyalty is arguably the most over-looked and evasive personal quality today. It is rarely emphasized in an evaluation or analyzed in an interview. When is the last business book written about loyalty?
But, loyalty drives unity among people. Loyalty quiets the storm. Loyalty digs in when others check out. Loyalty makes a great friend, a great marriage, a great company. Loyalty is the trait that will be mentioned in a person’s legacy.
If you find it, treasure it, thank God for it, and meet loyalty with loyalty. This could be the greatest treasure you will ever discover on this earth.
