Grace

GRACE /ɡrās/ – Undeserved complete forgiveness.

There is no single, more powerful act than grace.

One can change the dynamics of a friendship, a team, a marriage, a company, with grace.

Grudges have no place with grace. History is forgotten with grace. Wrongs are okay with grace. Anger and frustration fade away with grace. Unity is created with grace. Momentum is gained with grace. Joy can be found through grace.

Pride covers grace. Pride requires one to focus on themselves. Pride brings up points like, “I am right,” “I am better,” or “I will not lose.” Pride emphasizes “I.”

But, grace is a personal choice. We have the freedom. We can freely give grace and freely receive grace from others.

And, most importantly, we can give ourselves grace. Don’t let your past, yesterday’s mistakes and bad decisions, write the future.

A grace-filled leader, friend, teammate, spouse, is to be treasured. What a great legacy.

Impact others. Live generously.
